IR2153, Self-Oscillating 600V Half-Bridge Driver, Integrated Bootstrap Diode, DIP
This IC integrates adjustable deadtime control and incorporates a front-end oscillator similar to the industry-standard 555 timer, offering more functionality than previous ICs. The IR2153 also includes a built-in shutdown function on the CT pin, allowing the gate driver outputs to be disabled with a low voltage signal. Its noise immunity is improved with a lower di/dt gate driver and enhanced UVLO hysteresis of 1V.
